Arnold Lazarus and Multimodal Therapy

Vujisic, Zoran

The behavior therapy movement can be divided into several historical periods. The first period marked the shift of focus in psychology from the study of the mind to the study of behavior. Applied behavioral work during this period was infrequent and, when it occurred, was often used more to demonstrate the applicability of behavioral principles than to develop a robust applied technology.
